In the last 2 years we have experienced 1. Several IOUs issued as they couldn't complete prescription. 2. Wrong dosage issued for regular prescription. 3. The chemist without discussion changed us to home delivery. We called and told them we didn't want home delivery. Reason behind the change is the chemist has limited shelf space for prescriptions. 4. Next prescription, received an e-mail at 7.20 pm on a Friday to say my prescription would be delivered between 10.30 & 17.30 on the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday. The email advised to call to alter the delivery. However the chemist is closed until 08.30 on Tuesday! So, I go to the chemist at 08.30 to be told the prescription is at another branch ready for delivery. Shocking decline in service over the last 18-24 months and all trust has gone.
