   As a single mum I’ve been using this pharmacy as it’s locally available to me but I would say most times I’ve been there I’ve always had issues with something whether it’s wrong medication I asked for or something not being available etc, but the deal breaker was when I bought some paracetamol for my child and it was a broken batch I was soon to recover. But I went back to them hoping I would get it replaced but instead I was blamed for dropping it which wouldn’t make sense cause my child was with me, coughing, I just needed medication. Anyway they refused to give me a replacement or a refund . But I’m just not happy with the fact that I was blamed for dropping it. We need to fix this.
