Left prescription 30/01/2024 now sat 02/02/2024 not had prescription down to my last pill for heart condition tried to ring numerous times today no reply or phone hung up.

Excellent service & friendly staff. I have used this pharmacy for many years & have always had very good service.

Unhelpful, grumpy staff. Went in to colect prescription on 11/09 and was told it hadn't been fullfilled and wasn't in stock. Script had been recieved on 07/09. Went back on 14/09 the label.on the bag said it had been fullfiled on 08/09. No apology, no explanation. This is not the first time they have taken too long to fullfill a prescription. The whole family will be moving to another pharmacy. Hersmans are unreliable.
