Had both my ears microsuctioned and great result. Very smooth and painless. Only took about 30 minutes for both and can now hear - at last. Although £80 it was a “must” and had to be done. Service was very professional though.

A good clear explanation of the process and a quick effective result for the procedure. I occasionally need micro-suction and Hodgsons have provided a procedure that I would thoroughly recommend.

Had prescription for 4 days and unable to get medication in on time, was told struggling to get medication but yet another pharmacy had it in stock. Got told to come back next day we’ll have it in and only got given half of the medication for another child very poor customer service. In result had to change my pharmacy as I feel that this pharmacy can’t seem to get medication in on time

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we apologise that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. As discussed in the pharmacy when you came to collect the medication, we had ordered the medication but the full quantity did not arrive. We therefore supplied what did arrive so that your child was not without medication all together, and re-ordered from different suppliers to get the remaining stock required, which has now arrived. The pharmacy sector is facing an unprecedented level of stock shortages at present, and the service level of wholesalers is somewhat out of our control. We fully appreciate the distress and frustration it causes patients when medication is out of stock. We always dispense and prepare prescriptions within 24 hours of it being received. For any items we don't have in stock, these are ordered at the same time, and generally would arrive next day or the day after. Unfortunately, on occasions, wholesalers may have a delay in deliveries, send wrong medication, or have missing items all together. We monitor this daily and re-order anything we need to as soon as possible, but this does unfortunately cause a delay in the supply of medication reaching patients. Please know we do everything we can to obtain medication and in a timely manner, and hope you may consider using the pharmacy again in the future.

This pharmacy is just amazing. Pharmacist went out of his way to allocate my medication with urgency. Can't recommend this pharmacy enough. Best ever. Always so friendly ans helpful and take time with you.
