After a short period of explaining why i had great dificulty answering my door to sign for my prescription deliveries due to my disability,they agreed to deliver through my letterbox without a signature.This has gone on for some time now for which i am extremely grateful!!

They phoned on Thursday to say part of the prescription was out of stock.We phoned on the following Wednesday where the lady stated that it not policy to phone people about prescriptions ,only coun't explain when item would be in so ring your doctor for another prescription for another chemist when questioned about the item she stated if you don't like it change your chemist asked to speak to the manager .The manager asked what was the problem,when explained it to her about it she just hung up the phone. When I rang again and asked who her manager was and could I speed to them she had to Google the number .When I asked why she hung up she did the same again. Phoned head office and explained the problem,only to be told by there head of the department I was abusive to the staff and no action would be taken and they believe them as they are professional and could take it to the NHS.told him they where as waist of space
