Called at the Pharmacy to collect prescription on Saturday, refused to give it to me as they were waiting for one item to arrive and could I collect on Monday. OK. Wife called on Monday missing item arrived but they refused to give her the two other items which they wouldn't give me on Saturday, saying I had already had them!! Is this sheer incompetance or something worse? I will be contacting my GP!!

Just when I thought this chemist had got in the right track, it goes back to the old ways. Pharmacist acts strange and the staff just don’t care- phone never answered, meds never ready.
