Arrived for covid booster for previously booked appt, 11.30am 14th June, only to be told no vaccines available until Monday 17th after 2pm. Use the walk in service. As I have needle phobia it takes courage to go for these boosters let alone now having to wait even longer. Complete shambles

I ordered a repeat prescription using the online app, waited 7 days then went to collect it and was told it had not been delivered yet, I was told it would be there the next day. I returned the following day only to be told it now would be not be delivered for another 7days. I was asked if I would like the prescription back, then walked over the road to Morrisons and got the item there and then. The pharmacy looked unorganised, overcrowded with staff and untidy!

I am on regular medication as is my partner. Every month I have to come here for my refills. For the past 2 months I have given them 4-5 days to fill my prescription only to get there and find they haven't been filled or they claim they can't find the prescription. Even after I have called (and only if the phone is answered) to ask if they are ready and told they will be ready the next day, I show up and they are not. Today's example; Refill went to the pharmacy August 25 so I didn't call until Thursday evening to check if they were ready. I was told they would be filled and ready for pick up Friday Sept 1. I showed up Friday and they hadn't been filled so I sat and waited 40 minutes only to be told that 3 of the medications weren't available and would have to be ordered and wouldn't be available until Monday. Today is Wednesday so I called to see if they were ready and they haven't even been ordered and there was no record from last week. I am beyond infuriated and have had enough. I left my Boots pharmacy because of service like this and now I need to find a reliable pharmacy.

This pharmacy has seriously gone downhill under the new management.Today's visit was shocking! I needed a prescription for me and one for my son. Apparently, they could only deal with one person's at a time, while processing my prescription I had to re-queue to ask for my sons. When mine was ready they only provided half, the staff had an argument in front of customers about where the other half was. They had no record of my sons prescription on the system, even though I had emails confirming the order. I had to go back to the doctors, who provided a new one. Aside from issues with my prescriptions, other people were having problems and one lady was made to feel a nuisance as her walker was taking up too much room! This pharmacy is so disorganised and far too small, staff and customers squeezed into a small space. It's possibly not fit for purpose. Lastly, the lack of customer service is disgraceful. The management should be embarrassed!

Went to this pharmacy needing urgent medication I was there at 5am when it says its open and it was closed!
