I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this pharmacy, which has compelled me to share my concerns. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional, and their lack of basic communication skills was evident throughout my visit. From the moment I interacted with them, it became clear that politeness and courtesy are not priorities here. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my queries and spoke in a tone that was both dismissive and rude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially in a place like a pharmacy, where people often come in vulnerable situations, seeking assistance and care. Instead, I was met with curt responses that lacked any semblance of empathy or professionalism. Customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, but it is especially critical in the healthcare industry, where trust and communication play vital roles. A pharmacy is not just a business—it's a place where people rely on professionals to guide them about important health-related decisions. To see such disregard for proper customer interaction is not only disappointing but also concerning. I strongly urge the management of this pharmacy to prioritize staff training. The employees must be taught how to interact with customers in a respectful and helpful manner. Proper training programs focusing on communication, empathy, and professionalism should be implemented immediately to prevent similar negative experiences for other customers. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as such behavior reflects poorly on the pharmacy's reputation and the overall customer experience. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking a supportive and professional environment.
