    Today I had to obtain medication for my husband who had badly wrenched his back and was in considerable pain. Our doctors practice sent through a prescription, I telephoned the pharmacy and explained the situation to an extremely helpful lady: the prescription was located and made up within the hour even though they were obviously very busy for which we were very grateful. This is my local pharmacy which I use regularly and I cannot understand the negative reviews. The staff are always helpful and professional and provide an excellent service whilst frequently under great pressure. I have sometimes while in a queue heard people at the counter be very rude and aggressive to the staff, who have maintained a much more courteous attitude than I would have done!! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

    Rang due to missing items and I heard the staff member say 'Yeah whatever' in a rude and attitude manner as I recalled the conversation I had had with female at the counter face to face on 09/05/24. She got caught out speaking rudely about me to another member of staff whilst the phone was in her hand. 3-5 days for prescriptions...hahaha try 10-14 days before you get your medications. As another person has stated already in her review, Hyde Park Pharmacy do not contact you to say there is a problem in getting any medication, they wait for you to go in and thrn your told about it...so either your on your last day or completely out of your medication. Disgraceful attitude of staff, rude and all you get is 'Take your prescription to another pharmacy and see if they have it'....no good when it's a vital medication and you don't tell anyone until you go in. Gone downhill a lot in last 4-5 Months.

    I am disappointed with the level of service now offered here and the excuse that "lots of other pharmacy's have closed and we have had to take on their patients". Obtaining the extra revenue has meant awful service for everyone. No one forced you. Also saying it will take 3-5 days is misleading. My prescription was approved electronically on 7th March, you claim it "only came down on 12th" its electronic ! Is it 3-5 days from when you print it then. The final straw you only had one of the medicines but rather than contact me when you found out, you wait for me to come in and hand over the prescription for me to get it elsewhere. Thanks for that it's not like medication is vital or anything.

    Have tried at numerous times over 2 days to check availability of urgent prescription. System rings a few times then gives rather curt goodbye message. Not helpful.

    Wonderful pharmacy . I was incredibly grateful to be able to have my blood pressure monitored over a twenty four hour period . The lady that saw was lovely and very knowledgeable. I collect my prescription from Hyde park and all the staff are very helpful and kind
