    We contacted NHS111 and after detailed over the phone consultation, they referred us to Warman Freed. We were told to contact the pharmacy for consultation with their duty pharmacist. We called approximately 7 pm on Saturday. The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 8 pm on Saturday. Despite making at least half a dozen attempts to contact the pharmacy by phone, no one answered. I don’t think there was a facility to leave a message. Instead, today, Monday I received a phone call from the pharmacy asking if they were able to close the case! This is appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves. If they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations, they should withdraw from their NHS contract.

    This pharmacy is down as my preferred pharmacy for nhs prescriptions, they phone or text you when you meds are ready, the pharmacist today was so helpful & I wasn’t in a great mood as one of medications hadn’t been sent to them, he was very calm & so nice, they are very busy but they are efficient

    I needed help setting up a monitoring device, and Nish could not have been more helpful. He spent time setting it all up for me, and giving me a printout of all the recorded data, which proved to be very reassuring. It was great to find someone so pleasant and professional.

    Tried calling 11 times letting the phone ring for over a minute each time. No que just rings. If they answer, service is good. Be patient and keep trying as frustrating as it is.
