Started off well, I arrived at 8.30am this Sunday when they own, pharmacist was late, a member of staff wouldn’t let me in to wait, I told her it was cold outside, she said “I need to understand it’s against health & safety as there were only 2 staff members there & she had come just to open up, she was quite rude, not the first time she’s been rude, didn’t care we were all cold, the pharmacist arrive 15 minutes late, never said a word until I said something a lady waiting with me said she was late the week before, I spend a lot of money on prescriptions and I will be going somewhere else in future

This pharmacy is down as my preferred pharmacy for nhs prescriptions, they phone or text you when you meds are ready, the pharmacist today was so helpful & I wasn’t in a great mood as one of medications hadn’t been sent to them, he was very calm & so nice, they are very busy but they are efficient

I needed help setting up a monitoring device, and Nish could not have been more helpful. He spent time setting it all up for me, and giving me a printout of all the recorded data, which proved to be very reassuring. It was great to find someone so pleasant and professional.
