Wow! I can’t be the only customer to experience absolute rudeness on the telephone surely! First time caller to this pharmacy and it will be my last. The woman - I don’t know her name, but she has quite a high pitched voice and works in the back. She is dismissive, sarcastic and very unfriendly. She should not answer the telephone to customers if she can’t be polite. What a let down, Iwade pharmacy was always quite friendly and approachable.

There is one particular woman who talks about you as if you aren’t there. Very rude! Actually hate going in there when she is working as she is so rude.

Nothing is to much trouble I phone up to order my medication and it is delivered to my door the next day by very pleasant delivery staff who we have got to know .they are always cheerful which goes a long way
