   All the staff in Jade Pharmacy, Hatfield are so helpful, warm and friendly. They know their customers well, and after only one visit, knew my Dad's name when collecting items. They acknowledge your arrival, and serve you quickly. The staff appear to work really well as a team. It is a joy to use this Pharmacy. I had previously been with Boots, who repeatedly let me down, muddling my Dad's prescriptions, not ordering items when they said that they had, and the waiting times were ridiculous. Jade is honestly a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
