The walk-in service for a COVID booster vaccine is in itself a helpful facility as it saves the hassle of making a booking in advance. I spoke to several staff all of whom were friendly and helpful. The nurse who gave the vaccine was very fast, very competent and very supportive. An all-round impressive service - thank you!

I went on Sunday about 14:00 on 28 of November 2020. There was a section for eyebrow pen for £2.99 I tried to check the color like any where in other shops like Boots and super drug. I didn’t like the color and put it back . The lady started shouting in-front of many people and said in loud voice that I am rude and I should buy it . She was so rude and unprofessional. I just gave her my credit card to stop her from shouting at me in front of people. It was such a bad experience. I am so concerned on her behavior to work at an NHS pharmacy
