Have to say this is the worst run chemist I have ever been to,put script in Thursday went to get on Friday and was told system down come back so came back Monday&dont have it in stock so came back Tuesday srill not ready finally got it Wednesday,the floor and shelves are absolutely filthy I noticed on Friday and when going in today (weds)the same filth hasn’t moved,the staff are always over run and seem exhausted like headless chickens,always boxes stacked up it’s way out of Control and how the shop has passed cleaning inspection is beyond me

Totally disorganised chemist. Waited almost an hour to be told they had lost my prescription that was dropped off 2 days before. Avoid this chemist.

hello and good afternoon, I needed to pick up a prescription that was sent from neath hill health centre around 14:30, I was asked to pick up after an hour. I came back around 16:15 and the queue was out of the door, i waited 15 minutes before i left the queue not moving. is there a time i can pick up my subscription and not force to wait in a massive queue. I called them on this number 01908 605635 after several minutes on the automated ivr, they picked up but must have put the handset down I could hear their conversations, including prescriptions details. If you like a copy of this recording, please let me know.
