Waiting over an hour for an antibiotic to be dispensed. Huge queue of disgruntled customers moaning about errors plus having to write your name and dob on a scrap of paper! Who regulates pharmacies?

  2. Review titled Useless

Not able to get my prescription (this is the 5th time that it happens to me and my family). We have never been able to get one from this place. The “official” opening times are ridiculous and sometimes not even fulfilled. Useless business and they profit from being the only pharmacy in the whole village.

I handed in a prescription at lunch time, advised to come back to collect it that afternoon and advised the Pharmacy will close at 6pm. I returned at 4pm to find the Pharmacy closed, a note on the door read Pharmacist had to leave due to an emergency at 3.30pm. there was some one behind the counter so I banged on the door, unable to carry out a conversation through the shut door he came out and explained to me and other customers that due to no Pharmacist on site he was unable to hand me my prescription and had to close.

  4. Review titled Slow, chaotic, inefficient

Rated 1 star out of 5

Under staffed and seemingly stressed. I waited 1 hour, only to be told my prescription had been ordered, but not arrived. There was no empathy towards my stress at being without medication and no apology. People were left queueing for unreasonable time frames, including the elderly, frail, ill and pregnant, while staff allowed others to cut in the queue to 'just ask a question '.... They even undertook an unscheduled consultation while the prescription queue built up further There is no privacy whatsoever and I was asked to give my name and date of birth in earshot of all. This is potentially a GDPR issue Three people in that queue... Total strangers to me, subsequently talked to me about my age. This pharmacy is inadequate and not delivering a satisfactory service to the public
