  1. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

oh my days the staff are absolutely amazing I have never met such on the ball staff I am so glad I switched to here, the ladies in there are so sweet and caring and always go out of their way to help, even when they had a questionable pharmacist there the two young ladies where more than helpful, I wish people could see them the same way as me instead of being so negative about them, they are some of the most caring and sweetest people ever! They helped my nan who had dementia get home when she couldn't remember where she lived, if I could nominate these ladies for a prize or something I would!

  2. Review titled Needs Improvement

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Not the experience I would hope for. Less talking and more getting on with the task at hand. 111 needs to review the Consultation process. Arrived with Sciatica and being prescribed over the counter pain medication at exorbitant prices instead of treating an existing injury with the correct treatment is infuriating. Very unprofessional to share your own medical history.

Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had a negative experience using the NHS 111 minor illness service. As part of the service, NHS 111 asks lots of questions and then passes on any relevant information including your medical history to ensure the best available treatment is given. When treating sciatica, pharmacy's are only able to sell over the counter pain relief medication. If the treatment is not sufficient then I would recommend seeking help for long term relief from either a physiotherapist or your GP.
