   I had an appointment for a vaccination in the 11 to 11:10 slot. There was a large queue with only 4-5 seats and people had been waiting a long time for their vaccination. I have mobility problems and it was an effort to get there and I can not stand for very long. I left at around 11:30 without getting a vaccination as I could not stand up any more. It was disorganised and chaotic. The pharmacy does not have the ability to cope with large numbers of vaccinations. I will now be going into the winter without being vaccinated for Covid or Flu.
