   Waited over an hour to be served. Entry to the shop was restricted so had to wait outside for first 10 minutes. Collected medication for both myself and my wife which were identical, my wife’s was in the manufacture’s box and included “Information for the User”; mine was in a plain box with no leaflet The instruction labels on both boxes were incomplete. The staff seemed to be working in slow motion despite there being a queue of more than a dozen. The pharmacy is cashless, not necessarily a good move in an area with a preponderance of elderly people - Rose Green /Aldwick, Bognor Regis. This pharmacy was previously run by Lloyd’s when the service was considerably better.
