   Booked Covid and Flu jabs using the Nhs App and received confirmation and a reminder. On arrival another lady and myself were told they do not provide this service and haven't all the current season. Yet despite many patients turning up like us the appointments are still listed and bookable. The staff were unapologetic , rude and dismissive. We were advised to take up any complaint with the Company human resources team ! Why that was relevant is not clear. The staff congratulated each other on dealing so successfully with our understandable frustrations. There was no ownership of the problem and clearly they had allowed the obvious problem to continue for a considerable time without resolution. Left completely annoyed and frustrated having wasted time and travel costs and no one cared.
