   I tried calling the branch on 01332 752963 on 15/08/2024 for 16 times between 10:04 am and 11:56 am- nobody picked-up the call. Pathetic service. When someone is ill and want an advise from their local knowledgeable healthcare team, they don't bother to answer the call. I would suggest, do not waste your time call NHS 111 instead for any minor ailments related queries. I don't think that the Pharmacy team is ready to serve the customers efficiently.
