Having seen the pharmacist shout at an elderly man when he asked a question, it's doubtful if either of us will return.

The published closing time for this Jhoots pharmacy (Tiverton) is 13:00. However, I've just taken my wife there for a prescription at 12:35 and it's shut. This isn't an isolated occasion: it's the fourth time this has happened in a few months. A notice on the door explains that there's no pharmacist available at the branch. Either publish an amended closing time or ...get another (or at least, locum) pharmacist! But don't advertise a time if you can't support it. Pathetically poor service there!
