The branch in Lichfield, linked to my doctors failed to get my medication in order 3 months in a row. After requesting it a week previous, I was shouted at to go to the doctors as they hadn't put it through. Before I left I asked if they had requested it. The response was see the doctor. I remarked that "do I have to do all repeat prescription via the doctors?". Still being shouted at it was ordered then and not put through a week previous. Very unprofessional, rude, lack of empathy for those with medical conditions, I could list more. I've moved to a competitor half a mile away. I was not the only person disgruntled as the queue before me was leaving without medication and the rudeness this was done with is unacceptable.

This review relates to the Jhoots Pharmacy in Brierley Hill. NHS website says this pharmacy is open until 10:30pm on Fridays. The sign on the premises says it is open until 10:30pm on Fridays. It was closed at 9:30pm on Friday

This morning I attempted to collect two prescriptions ordered last weekend. One of them is for my 94 year old mother who depends on her medication. Paracetamol which is a basic painkiller was unavailable and the poor assistant told me that three orders had failed to be delivered. I have now had to have my medication dispensed at another pharmacy. Shame on you Jhoots for your complete lack of care. After reading all your reviews I'm not surprised at my own experience today

They advertise they are open from 08:00. Don’t try and get medication before work. This place opens at 09:00. As Asda could not provide the medication required I waited the 30 mins for this place to open at 08:00. Security informed me at 08:05 it will not be open before 09:00.

This review relates to Jhoots - Ermington Crescent branch. The pharmacy is always closed, they have a 2 hour lunch break but that's irrelevant because they are always closed. The workers cannot hand me my medicine that is already prepared without a pharmacist present at the time. I have to call everyday to ask if they are open and a pharmacist is available because they can't tell me when they are open for god sake. The signs on the door for opening and closing time are incorrect, should state always closed. Utter horse raddish!!!!! This branch needs to be shut down, it is not serving it's purpose and it is leaving the public without it's medication causing further health problems and inconvenience!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant service from Jhoots, Bath. They had to deal with ‘unhappy me’ when there was a problem with the prescription caused by the surgery. I collected half of the prescription then had to return 2 days later to collect the remainder. They made sure I had exactly what I needed. Brilliant service! Thank you and I will see you again! Thanks

Ordered a repeat prescription for my son. Signed off by doctor that day. Was told it should be ready within 24-48 hours. Arrived at adjoined pharmacy to collect prescription. Was in a queue if 12….have never seen so many people waiting unhappily! Was told that it was pending and they were still a week behind prescriptions. Told to come back or take my prescription elsewhere. Absolutely awful service from people who did not know if they were coming or going.

Long queue of people, staff unable to locate prescription but worst of all one of the pharmacist questioning a customer about her prescription in the open/publically-including her medication!!! Other frustrated customers leaving without meds due to lack of stock. I also left without prescription as they couldn’t find it! It was a paper copy from Doctors next door rather than electronically sent / mine wasn’t the only paper one sent that day but they still didn’t think to check. Lack of service and professionalism!

i did not collect my prescription yesterday but today it was delivered and a total surprise the worlds end pharmacy on kings rd is superb . nothing is too much trouble for them i wish i could phone them to let them know how much they are appreciated jean barker
