   Arrived at pharmacy for my Covid And flu vaccine jabs as booked online and reminded by text. I was told that they 'do not do' the flu shot and this would have to be booked next door at the surgery and told I would have to set up a different appointment. Had the Covid jab then went to the surgery who confirmed this; however the amazing receptionist and nurse arranged to do the jab there and then. Sadly I was not the only one - there were 5 of us in the same position and I suspect there will be many more. Made to feel like it was my fault I couldn't have the flu jab! Absolute incompetence from Jhoots to sign up to do both jabs when they could only provide one. Usually quite a responsive pharmacy but sadly lacking in organisation skills at the moment.
