   I phone Jhoots Pharmacy in Oakhurst Road, Swindon, today regarding my repeat prescription and the lady who answered the phone couldn't find my record. She was getting frustrated and kept talking over me every time she asked me a question. Eventually, we realised I was calling the wrong Pharmacy as mine is in Shaw, and when I realised this and apologised she muttered "Oh my God" under her breathe. I was so taken aback and I just said "Wow" and hung up the phone. There was absolutely no need for her to speak to me like I'm thick. It was a simple mistake of a wrong phone number. Considering this phone call was regarding trying to get hold of my mental health medication, she could have been more sensitive. Her attitude really upset me and has ruined my day. I'm already struggling with anxiety and depression so thanks a lot Jhoots!
