There was a mix-up with my cancer meds and they are time-critical, so I was very anxious. But the team at Judds went the extra mile to make sure I got my medication in time, chasing up the order, as well phoning and texting me to keep me updated. They got what I needed in record time and I was hugely relieved. I am very very grateful to them for their hard work and for the kindness and human understanding they showed.

I've been living near this pharmacy for about 15 years, and they have been excellent for that entire time. I take regular medication which they've always been very good about getting in time for me, which has been a great help when dealing with my GP's rather less consistent quality of service over the years. On multiple occasions my health has been saved by the pharmacy, not the GP! After a recent medical episode left me struggling a lot last year, their level of service this year has been so far beyond what I could have hoped, let alone expected, and it has really made a world of difference to me.
