On Monday I ordered prescriptions for myself and my wife with my GP. Medication supposed to be available within 24 hours. Went to Pharmacy on Wednesday afternoon, told mine would take half an hour to be ready and they were waiting for some of my wife’s medication which would be in on Thursday. Said I might as well pick both up at same time the next day and informed they would be ready after 4 on Thursday afternoon. Waited until after 5 before going back, mine was still waiting to be checked and my wife’s had not yet been put up. I am 83 years of age and can do without wasted journeys ! Eventually got mine and told they will deliver my wife’s on Friday, not holding my breath !

Helpful and friendly staff. Fast delivery of medication Pharmacy is handy because it's just around the corner from my address

Month after month, the repeat prescription I have had sent here for years has not been requested or a mistake has been made or some medication is missing. This month my prescription is not here at all and apparently not on the system. Since the take over from loads this pharmacy has gone dramatically down hill. Not just by the above but the new staff are obnoxiously and very rude I will be going else where.

I visited the pharmacy for some advice and was greeted by the warm friendly staff who were very welcoming. They gave great service and although the pharmacy was very busy nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending this pharmacy to my friends. Thanks Kaila
