Appalling service today. Called them at 1825 asking if prescription was ready. My son had accidentally just ripped out my blood glucose sensor. Told yes but close at 1830. Even tells me what shelf the item was on and confirmed my address. Tells me to hurry and I rush down in my car and arrive at 1830 on the dot with the lights still on. I get out of my car and go to the door, the staff are all stood in the dark with the lights off. They look at me and the person I spoke to, shrugs at me in the dark and points watch. Doesn't say a word. Doesn't apologise, nothing. Now unable to measure my blood glucose. I'm sure they are delighted with themselves. Could have just said they close on the dot and I might not make it. Instead says hurry, and I do, and then shrugs at me in the dark. If there was another pharmacy nearby I would use it forever more. If you can, avoid this pharmacy. They clearly don't care about their customers and delight in the tiny bit of power they have because there is no alternative in the village.
