   I went to Kamsons Saltdean for a flu injection appointment, and was kept waiting for 30 minutes, as was an 85-year-old, who'd been given the same appointment time. Although the person on the counter was friendly, the one who did the injection was impersonal and offhand. No apology made for wasting our time.
