Was left 40 mins after giving my name to collect a prescription with my autistic son. My son even said at the time, "i dont think they are listening mummy they are too busy talking rubbish" (meaning they were too busy chatting). I then questioned why it was taking so long, for them to take my name again and come back and tell me they hadn't been able to locate a script from 111 (so they hadn't checked the first time 40 mins earlier). I then proceeded to see a pharmacist that told me i needed evidence of taking the medication (111 did not say i had to take this), and asked if i could home and retrieve this from the bin which i refused. I questions why they were unable to see the system, to which i was told the laptop card connection was broken. I was furious and explained my frustration of being waiting 45 mins with no communication and how i needed the medication,and requested they found a way of getting onto the spine to access my child Summary Care Record. They came back 10 mins later having got onto the Summary Care Record and confirming the medication. When it was time to collect, they had my address wrong, and said the address i was giving was wrong (they had an old address from 5 years ago). My son left completely stressed in floods of tears. Very poor communication skills by members of staff, and they should always have access to the care record unless this was down (which it was not).

Third episode of not being informed that prescription was ready, contacted pharmacy to be told that was system. Explained that I have never being asked to contact and was always text, told I may not need prescriptions. It is a medication I will take for life. Staff was rude and unhelpful

I contacted 111 with symptoms of a UTI and was advised to attend a local pharmacy for treatment. After attending 2 other pharmacies and ringing 5 others, I finally arrived at Kelly’s Pharmacy in pain and upset. The staff were amazing so kind, helpful and sympathetic. There provided an excellent and professional service. Thank you

I order my prescription on line and it is delivered the next day by Kelly chemist. All drivers are professional & friendly, on the odd occasion I have had to contact the shop the staff have been most helpful. Great service.

Always helpful, professional and efficient. Have used this chemist for number of years and shall continue to do so. A special thankyou to the delivery drivers who are delightful to deal with.

We have our medication delivered as my husband is housebound and I am unable to get about easily.We cannot fault the delivery service- very quick delivery & always with a smile.Thankyou very much

We use Kelly Chemist regularly as a family. The service is always efficient, friendly and highly professional. We receive texts when our prescriptions are ready and my aged mother-in-law is able to get her medication delivered to her home, when another practice let her down. I cannot fault this practice, well done and thank you to all concerned.

I was let down by another chemist who couldn’t get an urgent drug that was needed. Kelly’s came to the rescue and delivered the tablets early the next day. Very efficient and pleasant staff on telephone. Would certainly recommend
