Visited this pharmacy to seek advice on about an allergic reaction by partner was experiencing. Asked to see the pharmacist. My partner was in some severe discomfort. We had to explain the situation in front of a queue of people - we were not offered a private area to do this. The pharmacist could not have appeared more disinterested. He looked bored and almost as though he could not be bothered to speak to us. He didn't ask to have a look at the reaction - (it wasn't in a sensitive place!). He said there wasn't much he could do or advise. When pushed he offered a cream that was for children and cost £12! He was monosyllabic - to the point of being almost rude - and didn't seem to care whether he had been any help or not...just total disinterest. I was shocked and there was a similar reaction from other people in the queue. I think everyone waiting to be served was quite taken aback. Not good enough! - especially as gaining advice (on rashes and reactions) is one of the things listed by the GPs surgery that you should go to the pharmacist for! Very poor service. I will not be back.

In November 24 I came to Kepple Lane Pharmacy for a hearing test . I saw this advertised in the pharmacy and local Facebook groups. The gentleman I saw was extremely helpful and took me through everything really carefully. I felt very comfortable in what was a daunting situation for me. Following my appointment he arranged for Srivens Hearing Care to contact me to arrange an appointment at the Surgery. I went along to my appointment yesterday ( 3/12/24) Their specialist was once again extremely caring and professional and I couldn’t have been happier. The outcome is that I had hearing aids fitted on the day and the difference already is remarkable! I cannot praise the Pharmacy highly enough for the service I received. I have to say that the service I receive from the Pharmacy overall is outstanding. Many thanks Steve
