After having my medication delivered for more than 4 weeks I then spoke to a pharmacist (name known) who told me that service was not available and made me look 🤷🏾♀️. I was not happy as this medication was very urgent and meant I had to wait for 4 days dispite my doctor having made the urgency of sending paramedics to my home. I felt really let down by the pharmacy and the 2 people who attended to my call could not see the urgency in me getting my medication in time.

Whilst collecting a prescription for my son I took advantage of the free health screening service offered, mo & rj were so helpful and professional, their test confirmed factually some suspicions I already had over my health trends, this gave me the correct motivation to seek further checks with my Doctor, thanks again to them and the service provided

Used this pharmacy for a private prescription and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in terms of what was prescribed. The service was so exemplary and friendly I switched my NHS prescriptions to here too. The most courteous team you could wish to serve you.

Changing to Kettering Pharmacy was one of the best things I've done regarding medical treatment. The team are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. After re-starting medication for diabetes i was offered a follow up call to check on my progress. During that call the pharmacist told me about a new group of medications he had had some family experience with. I am now prescribed those medications and taking them with good initial results. Thank you team.

After a superb visit for my elderly mother’s skin problem, we returned there for her Covid jab. Walk in service, no appointment necessary. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable pharmacy. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I’m not sure if you know but the advertised phone number is unavailable. I’ve called several times each time getting the same message. Even weavers surgery has this incorrect number.

Great service from helpful , knowledgeable staff . Able to obtain all medication within the time given , even received phone call later in the week to check that medication was ok.

3rd chemist I tried on a Sunday evening after a trip to hospital. Had stock, staff super helpful. One very happy customer l!
