It is very rare that I actually receive my full repeat prescription, or that the pharmacy staff listen to anything you say. When I ask for my prescription to be left in the collection point it never is, so I have to get there during open hours. Today for example, I have had to make 3 separate trips to the pharmacy because each time I have returned home I have realised that vital items are missing, only to be met with a nonchalant response of "Oh you'll have to come back" - in recent times the service you receive from this pharmacy has significantly declined, to the point I am going to need to look for an alternative in order to actually have consistent access to my medications and successfully manage my condition.

Today is 23 July 2024. I ordered my repeat prescription on 16 July 2024 via the NHS app. As I was near my surgery, Munro Medical Centre, Spalding, I called in to check my request had gone through. They said yes, and they had sent the prescription the same day 16 July to Knight Street Pharmacy, Pinchbeck. I had to go to the pharmacy to ask where my prescription was. It took them 20 minutes to locate. Usually they send a text with a code and I pick up anytime from the machine. When I asked for an explanation they seemed quite reticent and didn’t really say sorry. Unfortunately this is not the first time, my partner also has problems with it taking up to 7-8 days to get the prescription from putting in the request at our surgery. Often we have both missed a day or two of medication because we have had to chase were it is.
