Entire staff insist on having an hour long lunch all at the same time leaving a new member of staff who is unable to answer very basic questions. Senior staff member rude and aggressive.

Many issues. They blame the GP for not sending over scripts when they have, take hours to make them up when they have the script. That’s if they have the meds. Often have to return for the rest. You can’t chase them. They don’t answer the phone. My elderly parents were removed from the delivery service without being told. Had to go in to be told the drugs were waiting to be collected. They then put them back on for delivery. Someone else’s drugs handed to us on doorstep. Wrong medication sent out. Other times there are no issues. But there should never be any. Especially with drugs and confidentiality. I now use Pharmacy2U which are way better. Not an option for everyone unfortunately.

The chemist is terrible, they are very disorganized Can never find your prescription or everything is out of stock. They dispensed half of my medication and told to come back the next week for the rest. They are now out of stock and can’t get my medication with no explanation of how I get my outstanding medication. It’s the same every time I go in there.

This was such a lovely pharmacy until taken over by Knights. The staff are extremely rude and lack any customer service. They lie constantly and tell you your prescription is not there and as soon as you show them proof they say it has only just been received. They have given dangerous advice by stating not to complete the 2nd bottle of antibiotics for my 3 year old as he was getting better and to change medication for my child’s epilepsy as they cannot get it in stock, funnily enough when I asked them to check their system they were able to get it in. You cannot just change epilepsy medication as you need to find one that suits the patient. The staff on the till seem like they do not have a clue what they are talking about and the rest are completely rude. They never have any medication in and advise they will need to order it in. Even the Dr’s surgery recommend you to use other chemists. Have since changed to Browns pharmacy who are 10 times better.

Such rude staff, so unprofessional and intimidating. Not even have basic professional manners. Went to collect my 80 yrs old mother’s medication, lady shouting from the other side of the counter, interrogating why my mother is housebound and why did she miss delivery. Extremely rude and intimidating. Horrible experience and will be moving. Have put in an official complaint. Terrible for patients especially the most frail and vulnerable. This used to be such a good pharmacy and just very poor now.

I have had difficulty with prescription of control drugs not in stock and not been called until I attended chemist to collect 2 weeks after given back to search round other chemists. Staff and management not very supportive or polite phone not always answered. Also been took of delivery service as on two occasions I have had to collect other items that have not been delivered when delivered, for this I have now been removed from delivery service. Myself and family will never return to this pharmacy and have now had to get service of prescriptions from another pharmacy further away. Very very poorly run.

I have had several issues with this pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions sent over from my GP yet the pharmacy stated they haven’t received. Missing medication. Rude and abrupt staff. Very incompetent staff. Lost medication.

Review titled Giving incomplete courses of antibiotics

Have to say the people that are running this pharmacy haven’t got a clue about customer service. They are so rude, argumentative and miserable. Not willing to come to a solution, just pass the blame back to the doctors. Haven’t got the patients best interests at heart at all. They need to go back to university and learn about compassion and empathy for patients. My 7 year old son was left with an incomplete course of antibiotics as they weren’t willing to issue exactly the volume the doctor prescribed as it would have meant a small volume of waste medication, which obviously they’re too tight to pay for out there own pockets. Will be finding another pharmacist who actually care about their patients and can give service with a smile. When I brought my complaint to the attention of the manager, she just argued with me, rather than helping my son get his complete course of medication. Great conflict resolution skills!!!!

I had a doctors appointment at 9.30am By 10am I had a knock on the door and the driver was delivering my meds that I had been given at my apartment This was just fabulous as I have been really unwell for the past week Thank you all at the pharmacy for your caring and dedication Keep up the good work that you are providing for this community Thank you

Went in to buy some bits for cold and flu. There was 1 customer infront of me being spoken to disgustingly by both the pharmacist and the lady on the till. It went on for some time, I was not acknowledged until I put my stuff down and walked out. More recently I’ve had no choice but to consider using them, I tried on numerous occasions to get through on the telephone ~ no one picks up. Which although inconvenient I was quite pleased about. I wouldn’t want to give this pharmacy my hard earned money. Until this pharmacy has new management I won’t use them
