Wonderful improvement on courtesy/service the phone gets answered the delivery service improved take my hat off how welcoming the staff are on the phone congratulations hope it continues ?massive .massive improvement thank you

Yet again complaint about the never ending none delivery of medication ordered Mon now Friday still the phone is not manned or answered out of mens again although ordered well in advance not delivered why are these people allowed to get away with this practise they ought to realise that running out of mens is no joke disgraceful conduct

I have used this pharmacy for too long, and will now be changing. Numerous times I have waited in line for 20 minutes plus, only to be told that my prescription is not in stock. Service is very slow and frustrating. Steer clear

5 staff present when I arrived and no one else in the shop. I was ignored for 5 minutes, asked my name 4 times, had to wait 15 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be ready, without explanation or civility with my sever moving a geologic speed. I will be changing my pharmacy today.
