Went into the chemist and asked to speak to the pharmacist for some advice the nice lady called the pharmacist over straight away we could see the lady wasn't happy she didnt say hello how can i help you nothing and didnt ask if we would like to speak in private we explained my grandaughter had spots and a couple of viruses were going around the nursery could she advise or tell what it was she didn't ask to look we had to hold out her hand and foot to her she hardly looked didnt move from her position didnt even lean over to take a closer look but said if she has had chicken pox it won't b that so probably hand foot n mouth we appreciate she isnt a dr but it was this cant be bothered attitude she seemed to have we asked is there anything we can do so then she advised us same treatment plan as chicken pox as we were about to leave I had 1 more question so I turned and said sorry 1 more question she very visibly and obviously rolled her eyes at me. It was obviously to us she did not really want to help us or that is how she made us feel. She really made a bad 1st impression and I will now avoid using this chemist as much as possible as we were made to feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable
