This morning I sent a request for repeat prescription from my GP and the pharmacy had texted me that it was ready by 4pm. The staff are so efficient every time I need a prescription. When I go to the shop they are also very polite and friendly. The service they provide could not be bettered.

My go to pharmacy. Always so friendly and helpful and will give you honest advice about a health issue or problem rather than trying to sell you something that ‘might help’. Always recommend to friends and family. Thank you Dustin.

A huge improvement from predecessor Lloyds, Lakewood Pharmacy is honestly the best pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of using. With true kindness and compassion at its heart, the lovely staff are patient, understanding and incredibly helpful. It genuinely feels like they look out for their service users, providing the best advice and care. They're quick with prescriptions and have great prices on well-stocked ranges of goods too. Would highly recommend! Thank you Lakewood!

What a turnaround! Since Lakewood Pharmacy took over this business they have transformed it for the better. The staff are very hardworking and efficient. I rarely have to wait when collecting my prescriptions. They send text messages letting me know it is ready for collection. They serve quickly and go out of their way to be helpful. I have had a private discussion in a side-room with the pharmacist who was very knowledgeable and informative. I am delighted that this is my regular pharmacy and could not wish for a better service. Well done to them!
