Today was like previous encounters, was poor customer service , with staff seemingly unenthusiastic about interacting with the public. Despite a queue, there was enough staff to handle the busy period adequately. There was a lack of acknowledgment or apology for the wait, nor any explanation for prioritising other tasks over serving customers. phone calls this morning seemed to take precedence over face-to-face interactions. Perhaps it's time to provide these NHS employees with proper customer service training and support.

I have been having my meds delivered for the last 3 years by Lalys and making payment over the phone. I also have all my vacs etc. at Lalys (Guildhall) and they have been brilliant. This last time I got a very abrupt lady when I called to pay and was told in no uncertain terms they would not take payment over the phone and will not deliver. I have gone to an another online pharmacy and will not use Lalys ever again for anything.

Used this pharmacy out of convenience twice due to local one closing down I’m shocked how overprice majority of things are in there for example I purchased an acne treatment 15g £14.99 everywhere else it’s £9.99 !! Ridiculous I also found the higher up staff very rude

I was referred here by 111, it was urgent as I needed emergency contraception after the condom broke, I went in and the woman loudly and unclearly confronted me asking why I was here, the issue is obviously quite private and I have really bad social anxiety not to mention I was surrounded by about 6 customers whom we’re all men. I took a few seconds to answer as I didn’t want to say it too loudly and just wanted to speak to them in a private room, she proceeded to raise her voice and everyone was staring at me. When I told her the problem she told me to come back in 40 minutes, I waited and came back to be greeted by the woman who was just as unfriendly as before, she told me to come back tomorrow, with the issue being urgent I replied that I would rather speak to someone now. They told me the only option was to come back tomorrow which I can’t do because I am working a 12 hour shift. They offered no solution and I have now driven all the way to gosport who will hopefully help me with the issue at hand, which has a countdown. Extremely disappointed.

I been told for two days that my heart medication would be delivered. I called on day one at half past four to be told that my prescription had only just been received when I could see from my prescription notes that it was sent by GP at 09:24 that morning. I then told the lady that I had one day left and would run out tomorrow. I was guaranteed by the person I spoke to that it would be with me in the morning. Nothing arrived. I called at 2pm to be told it would be with me by 5pm, I called at 5 to be shouted at and told that is not what I was told. Absolutely disgusted and I am now out of heart medication as I told the person on the phone yesterday! Avoid like the plague, rude and inefficient not what you need from a chemist!

I booked my covid booster at this place . When I arrived there was a huge queue , which mostly consisted of walk ins . The people with appointments had to wait I. This same line . I waited for 20 minutes before i could speak to someone for an explanation, nine given . Asked to speak to the clinical lead , they had no idea who that was . Ironically , I had to cancel 2 if my NHS patients to attnend this appointment - and walked away without a jab . Profit before service .
