Had both my flu and covid and no problems staff where very friendly. I did not have an appointment but the Pharmacist was able make time even though they where very busy

Despite having an appointment booked on 16/9 I was turned away because 'the system had overbooked them'. Given a new appointment but in the meantime have caught Covid. Thanks very much.

I booked an appointment for a jab, but needed to cancel it. To try and cancel was very difficult in that I telephoned three times and was told to ring back on the day and then 1 hour 20 minutes before. We are aware that people who do not turn up for appointments, that this is an extra cost to the NHS. This cancelled appointment could have been filled by someone else! The attitude of the persons answering the phone was quite rude in all instances. I felt that I was a nuisance!
