I visited laurel pharmacy few days back to consult the pharmacist regarding a problem in my eye. One among the two pharmacists suggested medication explained to me about my condition. They were very friendly and welcomed me with all respect. I could see the pharmacy running in a well organised manner with well trained and friendly staff. I would definitely suggest this pharmacy to my friends and near ones.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years, and have always had very good treatment and advice from the staff. On 8th June 2024 I was collecting a repeat prescription and was asked to have a routine blood-pressure test while I was waiting. The kind pharmacist who saw me also recommended that I have a nerve-conduction test following my recent carpal-tunnel release surgery. I had not considered this, so was very grateful for the suggestion. Many thanks Laurel Pharmacy for your excellent care!

I would recommend Laurel Pharmacy to everyone who needs holistic care and treatment. The staff is well trained and the pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and possess a wealth of experience. I went to the pharmacy as I had developed rashes on my face. They paid attention to detail by asking me many questions before providing the best possible treatment. Also, the dispensing of my prescriptions does not take too long and the pharmacists always give the necessary instructions regarding the medicines.

My family have a number of prescriptions which we need to collect on a regular basis. The team at Laurel are very helpful and offer an excellent level of service. Today they were able to ensure I did not have a wasted journey by double checking repeat prescriptions for the whole family.

I am a type 1 diabetic, so pick up regular prescriptions. I recently found that I had run out of one type of medication having failed to renew my prescription with my Doctor's Surgery in time. I went to Laurel Pharmacy and explained the position having only renewed this prescription the day before and they were able to assist me with securing this medication in advance of expectations. They are friendly and welcoming as well as being very efficient in handling regular prescriptions. Their assistance this week went above and beyond usual expectations. Accordingly, I would always thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I popped in to Laurel Pharmacy several weeks ago for a prescription and was given an NHS leaflet about a free NHS Health Check for people aged 40-74. I booked an appointment and completed the health check last week in the small private consulting room at the front of the building. The pharmacist was very helpful and explained everything that was being measured (such as cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides, BMI etc) and why those things are important, and then patiently went through the printed results with me. I would definitely recommend the health check also this pharmacy, which has very nice staff.

I went to collect a prescription and was offered an over 45's health check. One of the members of staff in particular was so helpful and explained everything to me in detail. He carried out various tests and gave me the results straight away, with lots of helpful advice. He was very polite and professional.

The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The pharmacist saved me a hassle of seeing GP and resolved a small problem. The pharmacy was quite busy but I see the owners make sure they have enough staff to cover the demand. I didn’t wait long. Thank you

My father has been going to this pharmacy for 30 years. He has now decided to come and live with me in Cornwall. They made sure he had enough medication for the transition of moving to a new doctors. The staff bid him a lovely farewell. Very grateful.
