   Phones are turned off a lot of the time when a particular member of staff is present. No duty of care for people who are unable to get to the pharmacy to order their prescription. When asked why the phone wasn’t ringing when I called whilst standing in there, the response was ‘trouble with the phone line’. Next day, same thing but excuse was they’ve been so busy so can’t answer the calls. Three days in a row, phones not answered…and that’s only my experience. An elderly gentleman had tried ringing all day, eventually had to walk down to order his tablets. Trouble is, nothing is being done as complaints have been put forward before. I know I can’t turn my phone off at work with the excuse that ‘we’re so busy’…!!!!
