I went in to Lawtons Pharmacy today for a "walk- in" covid 19 jab, I was seen straight away and was given the injection by a friendly nurse who gave the injection with no pain, just smiles. Very pleased that I chose Lawtons.

Today I visited the pharmacy to have my Covid injection. The lady was very nice, very attentive, excellent service and the shop is very convenient. Thank you.

Booked a Covid vaccine for today. Was seen straight away. Very kind and supportive injection nurse. Polite and kind, thank you. Also picked up my prescription at the same time and was given straight away. Very helpful to get a text message that it was ready to collect.

Pharmacy is contracted and advertised to be open until 18.00 hours on a Sunday. I called the pharmacy at 17:35 asked if they had eye drops in stock and I would come to collect. I arrived to the pharmacy at 17:50 and the pharmacy was closed. They have failed to stick to their agreed contracted hours to provide a service to the community. Appaling appaling service.

My GP sent my severely disabled child's prescription straight through to Lawton's, 10 days later I went to collect it & was informed it's out of stock, they'd had the prescription all that time & didn't order it in nor did they contact me to say they don't have it. I've heard nothing but bad reviews about Lawton's recently, I will ensure my GP changes my daughter's designated chemist, never again will I use them. Used to be a great place years ago, it's a tip now!
