Twice now they have not had any of the medication requested, even though the requests were put through well over a week in advance. The staff are rude and snobby, they make snide comments under their breath thinking people can’t hear them, but guess what we can. I’ve never had any issues at any other pharmacy.

I attended the Leiston pharmacy at 4pm yesterday to find it shut! This is not the first time I have experienced difficulties with this pharmacy, I now go to the one in Aldeburgh when I have transport. There was no sign on the door explaining why it was shut either.

I went into this, my local pharmacy to speak to someone regarding my Asthma inhalers. The man I spoke to was so polite, helpful and professional; I left feeling that someone had actually listened and understood my concerns! A Big Thank You for the help!
