I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Staff are unhelpful and surly, don't listen and have no life skills. No use ringing these guys, the phone just keeps ringing! Nobody bothers to answer it. Staff have no comprehension of patient privacy, they yell the patient's name and symptoms across the pharmacy! Wouldn't use them again.

Medication issued by gp 5/1/23 it is now 11/01/23 medication still not received patient elderly and unable to collect 1 item none left now not acceptable ordered in plenty of time before running out

Dear Beverly Craig, We are sorry to learn of your experience and appreciate the feedback that you have provided. Whilst not being able to publicly comment on this individual case, it is noteworthy that when our drivers attempt to make a delivery and the delivery is unsuccessful the medication is then returned to the pharmacy for the patient to collect. A 'failed delivery' card is posted through the patient's door notifying them of the unsuccessful attempt at delivery. I hope this clarifies this position. Thank you very much. Regards, Management

Brilliant service, dealt with 111 referral really well. Would recommend them to everybody in Leyland and beyond.

Dear Patient Thank you very much for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. We are pleased to learn that you are happy with the service provided by Leyland Late Night Pharmacy for your medication. You refer to the way we dealt with a 111 referral. We find that due to our opening hours, open 7 days a week until 9pm the NHS relies on us to deal with a significant number of 111 referrals. Our staff have the necessary training, expertise and experience to deal with these appropriately and efficiently. Also, as we have excellent stock levels as an independent pharmacy, we often tend to be in a position where we are able to supply those medicines that other providers may struggle to get hold of due to a shortage in the market.
