After approaching my NHS practice for holiday vaccinations, and being told that I had to give nine weeks notice(!), I called into Lifestyle Pharmacy and was able to book an early appointment which suited me, and the return appointment one week later. Everything went smoothly and I'm off on holiday tomorrow with all the cover I need!

Really easy to get an appointment at short notice. Good range of products and services. The pharmacist was excellent, very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Gave great information in addition to my request (typhoid renewal) and totally professional. I have already recommended to friends, this is a great practice.

Booked travel vaccinations for my husband and I. Got an appointment the same day. As well as getting the required vaccinations also got some excellent advise from the pharmacist about the countries we are visiting. He was so knowledgeable and we both left there saying it could not have gone better. Can't recommend highly enough

We were able to book an appointment at only a day's notice having discovered our GP couldnt administer holiday vaccinations less than 6 weeks ahead of our trip. The pharmacist provided comprehensive and helpful advice on vaccination needs and recommendations for our forthcoming holiday and discussed options and potential risks etc. Once we decided, the vaccines were available and administered efficiently ( and with almost no pain!). Good service all round in the pharmacy. However, the online system for booking and recording previous vaccinations was laborious and took a few attempts to access via the verification email. It needs to be much more streamlined.

My son had his covid vaccine with Lifestyle Pharmacy. They were on time, professional and really put him at ease. They were able to print a copy of the vaccination for our records and were just generally really friendly.

I needed advice about vaccines for travel. As an older person, not an experienced traveller, it was very important to have trusted advice on this subject. The advice I was given by the pharmacist was clear and the time taken in dealing with my questions and queries confirmed the research I had carried out before attending the appointment. Risks and options were explored with no pressure to be vaccinated at this first consultation. I felt reassured about the whole process and will be returning for my vaccines in due course.

It is my go-to practice for my winter jabs. Just had a flu and Covid vaccination. Very informative, helpful and experienced staff as always.

The thoughtful Pharmacy assistant approached me to explain that there were 2 clinics running as she could see I was waiting but people waiting for less time were being seen first. Little things like this make such a difference, especially when you're part of the global majority!
