  1. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Paula - Posted on 25 April 2023

I had extreme back pain for several weeks and was unable to move from bed. At that time, I had no one to pick up prescriptions for me. Lime Tree kindly arranged for my painkilling prescriptions to be delivered to me at home. My first lot of painkillers, that I was absolutely desperate for, were delivered to me on the same day they received the prescription, and on a day that they were also short of delivery drivers. Their Pharmacy is extremely busy and I feel in my circumstances their service has been exceptional.

  2. Review titled Diabolical service and rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Andy Ide - Posted on 28 January 2023

The staff are rude, and abrupt. So many times I have provided my details, only for them to walk off and ignore me for 10-15 mins. Then they come back and ask you to repeat everything again so they can repeat the process. I submitted a repeat prescription, when I asked for it I was told I only submitted it half way through the week before, and was then told I hadn’t waited long enough to get my medication. I could see it on the top shelf!! An elderly man that was struggling to walk was in front of me, I heard them tell him he hadn’t waited long enough for his medication and sent him on his way too. Poor guy had clearly struggled to get into the pharmacy, let alone stand around in the queue for 30 mins that snaked round the shop. This place needs shutting down, they are putting patients health at risk dictating when they are allowed their medication, and are sitting on the request refusing to do them.

  3. Review titled Something has gone seriously wrong here

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 08 January 2023

This used to be a very good pharmacy. Now you have to wait 7 working days for a repeat prescription, which if you discount Saturdays is more like 2 weeks. I feel the staffs poor service and attitude is due to the fact that they do not have enough pharmacists and therefore cannot provide the service they would like. This is demoralising and causes bad morale which is then passed on to the patient. It needs sorting out and soon.

not fit for purpose at best, 45mins wait, get to counter then another 20 min wait as repeat meds not processed, then they dont have all meds so have to come back...........this type of experience is a common occurrence even in the summer when there is less pressure

After joining a queue to pickup my prescription, i was then left waiting for 20 minutes, with no communication. To be told that even though it was placed 10days prior as an emergency prescription, firstly they couldnt find it then it hadnt come down from upstairs?!!!! Other people in the queue was told the same, excuses, christmas!!!! Under staffed!!!! Not the first time the service is slow and useless hence i went with an outside prescription delivery service many months ago but on this occasion because of xmas it went there.... never ever again do i intend using... many many complaints reading reveiws....

  6. Review titled Terrible pharmacy

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Sheila Wray - Posted on 02 February 2023

Put my prescription in 20th January, essential medications. Now 2 weeks later , still no prescription. Tried phoning, phone unanswered. As I’m disabled I have my prescription delivered. This is not the first time this has happened. Since changing to paydens it has gone down hill to this point when you cannot rely on them anymore. Then they shut for lunch for 2 hours but that’s not showing on their opening hours on their website. So frustrating .

  7. Review titled Appalling service standards.

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 07 January 2023

This pharmacy needs a complete review of processes, leadership and staff training. It is currently failing to offer an acceptable level of service. Waiting times and queues are unacceptable. Staff struggle to find prescriptions, conduct computer searches on every request and often refer issues to more senior staff. Today I was near the front of the queue yet it took 20 mins to be seen. There were 15 people waiting in the queue by the time I was seen. Staff seem incapable of dealing with the simplest query. This needs to improve as so many people rely on this pharmacy. Many are elderly or vulnerable and they need a higher standard of service and expertise. Far too many patients simply do not get a good experience. Prescriptions take too long too be filled. Patients are often left frustrated, confused and in too many cases not receiving their medicine in a timely fashion. So disappointing, so poor. Please address this as a matter of urgency

  8. Review titled Poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Problems experienced with every prescription collected. Minimum 7 working days to prepare and then items still missing. The Pharmacy blames the Practice and the Practice blames the Pharmacy. This Pharmacy is not coping well and is giving poor service.

  10. Review titled Rude staff

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 09 December 2022

Went to collect prescription after being in pain for several days and waiting for a doctors appointment to get the prescription only to be told they did not have it on the system yet -clearly in pain and struggling to talk I politely asked when it would likely be ready to be quite rudely replied to with “well it could be 5 minutes it could be 5 hours” not helpful and quite rude when suffering with pain and tiredness - surely any part of the NHS should be about caring about people and maybe trying to explain the process in a polite way - offering a call when it is ready maybe? The receptionist in the actual surgery when I asked her was indeed polite and kind about it. All members of the pharmacy staff were not - very disappointing.
