Staff is extremely rude and ignorant. Never managed to get my medication. Kept giving me different times to come and collect. Still didn't sort out my medicines.

I was going to travel and forgot to order my prescription on time. The staff were very helpful and efficient. They ordered my prescription and contacted the surgery and also made sure my meds were ordered on short notice and they also took over my repeat prescription ordering service. So I did not have to worry about next time about ordering a prescription. Staff here were very friendly and give me excellent customer service

I went in this pharmacy with my little daughter for advice on a bee sting. Staff were very helpful and advised me on what to use. They also adviced me on how to use the allergy syrup and recommended pain relief and I bought it. They made me feel at ease and told me not to worry and what to look out for in case she got worse. I was pleased with the service and they were very responsive and friendly.

The pharmacist was very rude as I requested my husband prescription which was due on Xmas day made me wait for 30 miniutes then lectured me that she’s not going request the repeat prescription as she doesn’t have time for it very rude and challenge me to order my own prescription on monthly basis )blood pressure tablets every 28 days) which has 2 different types, n dudnt even give me the cholesterol tablets I thought that’s was chemist job to do.

Me and my husband really appreciate all the help we get from the pharmacy.they are always so helpful even when so busy . The pharmacist was busy and she kindly rang me at home to answer my problems . So so kind thank you very much .much appreciated part of the community.

I went in to enquire about a Covid booster vaccine. The attitude of the staff member was unbelievable so rude arguing when I said to her I tried to call the pharmacy on a Saturday several times and there was no answer. I must admit I do find them generally rude but today was something else. I will never go back to that place. There is no place for rudeness and arrogance.

Had a lovely experience while I received my covid booster vaccination. Put at ease. Did not fell a burden. The staff I was welcomed into the pharmacy by are clearly made for their profession. Extremely refreshing.
