I have had trouble with my ears for a while, and I thought I would ring the Newland co-op pharmacy in Lincoln instead of my GP. The lady was friendly and said just to pop in but no promises. Went I got there, I didn't have to wait long. The man who was the head pharmacist was fantastic. He spotted the issues and had a nice approach. Advised me with the impression he really cared and tried to reassure me as much as he could. He advised me with products and explained in detail how to use them. I would like to thank him and I will certainly recommend to others.
