   The woman wouldnt listen tried to tell me i have to pay, wouldnt let me explain myself then was rude told me incorrect information and left me feeling very upset and embarrassed in front of the other people in the area. She didnt explain calmly or let me explain my resoning to why i was entitled to free prescription. Normally i have an amazing experience with the regular staff member but this new woman was just frankly rude. Please dont make your patients feel bad and not listen to them . I was very upset by the whole interaction and will not be going back.
