I most recently visited Lionwood Pharmacy on 4/2/2025 and, as usual, the Pharmacist and staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. A great community asset which I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you

A friendly and efficient pharmacy who, in my experience, will always try and help. Their free monthly Health and Living Leaflet focuses each month on a particular condition or topic and is always packed with useful up to date information. My prescription was speedily dispensed on my recent visit.

I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and have always had a great service. Prescriptions are processed quickly and staff are friendly, efficient and polite. Offering the consult service was a valuable benefit, meaning I didn't have to wait several days to get an appointment with the GP to get much-needed antibiotics and was able to get them after a professional and informative consultation. Lionwood offer a great service to the community and staff take the time to treat you as a person and will often go above and beyond to be of help. So thankful we have this pharmacy in our community!

Lionwood pharmacy offer Pharmacy First so when I went in with sinusitis recently they after questions sith their pharmacist they were able to give me antibiotics saving me having to get a doctor's appointment. Such an efficient service. The team there are always helpful and cheerful. Would highly recommend.

I had overlooked the fact that my current medication would run out next week, when I will be away on holiday. The practice and the pharmacy were most accommodating in helping to overcome this problem by processing my online request for a repeat prescription and the fulfilling that prescription on the same day.

I messaged the practice for an appointment, and got one very quickly. The doctor I saw was very thorough and treated my condition. The practice is also very spacious and lots of seating.

I started using this pharmacy when I changed to the doctors located next to this pharmacy. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, when collecting my medication, and always take the time to help of needing any advice for medical conditions. Even though they look so busy, they are always willing to take time to speak to customers and help. I recently used the new service to get antibiotics for an infected bite, and I only knew about this because of the leaflet I had received in the pharmacy on my previous visit. It saved me getting a doctors appointment, and I was seen and got antibiotics within 30 minutes. Great pharmacy and services .

Lionwood Pharmacy has the most fantastic team. They are helpful, efficient and informative. I have only ever had positive experiences in my 3 years using the pharmacy. Prescriptions have always been ready in a timely manner and the team are always so friendly and supportive. Even in their busier times they make sure you still receive a personable and enthusiastic service. Today I have issues with a repeat prescription and they were amazing at resolving this. I was offered a 1-1 consultation and they sorted the issue in no time. Thank you so much!

The staff are always polite and helpful but I don't understand why it takes 10 working days to dispense a repeat prescription. The online system won't let me order the prescription until one month after the last time and then the extra 10 days on top means I almost always run out of my medication. My previous doctors/pharmacy (in London) managed to turn around repeat prescriptions in 24 hours. Surely they can't be that busy, but if they are, shouldn't they try and get more staff in.

I fell off my bike and had a nasty skin tear to my right shin. I was seen by a member of staff who then referred me to the pharmacist. I was advised on how to clean and dress the wound and what signs and symptoms to look out for if the wound became infected and what to do. Everyone was kind and professional and sorted out my problem quickly. Thank you.
