I was staying in the area and had to have a prescription sent to this, my nearest pharmacy. They were very helpful and had my prescription ready to pick up.

Review titled Poor
Rated 1 star out of 5

The pharmacy is unable to cope with the workload. It seems they have only one pharmacist dealing with requests. I put my request in 14 days before and then only for the staff to ask if if I had been in before. They then say it’s not ready can you come back. Do they really only prepare the prescriptions when I visit the pharmacy.

Review titled Not a great way to run a buisness
Rated 1 star out of 5

Really fed up with the lack of service here. Called in today and had to queue out of the door. Everyone in front of me was told they had to wait for their prescription, a full-time job for someone. There were elderly frail customers giving up the one seat provided for other elderly frail customers. These are clearly people who need medicines urgently. I was also told I'd have to call back later. This happens every time. They had the prescription 10 days ago. It is totally mismanaged. Don't ask your Taxi to wait it will cost a fortune while you queue to be disapointed!

Who ever the person/people are at the back of the shop is where the problem seems to be. No empathy for the clientele whatsoever! People at the counter seem to be trying their best My advice go anywhere else if it’s important meditation

Now taking 10 days to process a prescription. Always takes two visits before it’s ready. Unacceptable level of service from this pharmacy.

Review titled Not good enough

Really fed up with the service at this pharmacy. Called in today and had to queue out of the door again. Everyone in front of me was told they had to wait for their prescription. There were elderly frail customers giving up the one seat provided for other elderly frail customers. These are clearly people who need medicines urgently. I was also told I'd have to call back later. This happens every time. They had the prescription 5 days ago. It is deeply inefficient, and failing it's customers. Little common deserves much better.

Phoned prior to going as needed to see the pharmacist and told when he'd be there. Pharmacist asked all relevant questions, thorough advice. Couldn't fault anyone there.

I've rung the number on the website and all I get is a fax machine answering me! Is this normal or does it switch to fax if no one answers the call

Review titled Avoid

The drama involved in getting a repeat prescription is fraught with delays. I have been informed it can take up to four days for an email to travel across the road from the Dr's to the pharmacy. Having queued outside, I eventually get to ask for a repeat prescription, only to be told 'no' its not ready, but I have waited five days? I am then invited to wait an hour to have a label printed and stuck to the prescription box. Previously I have watched an operative study the screen for ages, then spend ages sorting through baskets of prescriptions, then I am asked how I pronounce my name? Eventually I am informed "I have found your prescription, but its not ready". Take a chair and a book to read, your'l need it, dealing with Little Common Pharmacy.
